A Look Into The Future 1. A playground that is completely turfed. 2. An operating recreation' program for students as well as adults. 3. Use of our multi-purpose room for sports during wet weatherl 4. More community participation in ,school activities.. 5. Continued support of our Parents' Club. 6. An instrumental music program. 7. More sports activities for the Vgirls. 8. Use of one of our quonsetls for a shower and dressing room. 9. An outstanding educational program. ' 10. Everyone pulling for the school to. help keep us on top educationally The above list includes some ,of the things that we would like to see accomplished in the near future. Probably some of them may never be accomplished, but it is sound ,to set your sights high and aim for a star . . . . . no one has ever been blamed for shooting too high! The school reflects' the community and v,ice-versa. What we do here will show in the homes. xThe attitude that you take at home will be carried to school with the child. Teachers' room in school. 13. Weekly community movies. 14. New screen-courtesy of Scouts. 15. Portable screen for rooms. 16. Typewriters for office. 17. First class equipment for custodian. 18. Formation of recreation district. 19. Junior Olympics and School Carnival. 20.. Outstanding school. paper.. 2l.' Safety patrol on buses-first in county! 22. Service Club -, keeps school clean! 23. Public address system. 24. Continuous paper drive. 25. Active support of school by Parents' Club. '26 Only summer session for elementary school children in San Joaquin County. 27. School Chorus. 28. Letterman's Club. 29. Our own graduation program. 30. School assembly programs. The above list shows some of the things that we have added' to our school facilities and program during the past year. Progress has been made-a great deal-during a relatively short period of timef fOur goal is to have the most outstanding school in our district that is possible. As a mechanic cannot do a good job with poor tools. . . so it is with the teacher . . . a much better job can be done with proper equipment and the most usable facilities. ' '
