HISTORY Of the eighty-seven graduates in the Class of 1959, only a small group attended the VVaverly Schools for the entire twelve years. During the past few years, rapid changes have taken place in both the school and the community. The population of Waverly has become less static than in the past, and the school classes reflect that change. Those who have attended Waverly schools for twelve years have gained much from their association with students who have come in from other schools and whose varied backgrounds have contributed vastly to the success of the class. - 21 -
