K 33 Q Nw ' ' n , , yt Q , II Years from now as we linger over the many souvenirs of our high school days, we find pressed in some large volume, a white rose with green and silver ribbons. Suddenly many golden memories of our graduation pass through our minds. We can almost see the stage setting of our Baccalaureate and Commencement exercises decorated in green and silver with the big bold letters of our motto, Forward with faith, upward with knowledge, standing out before us. That motto meant a lot to us then as we started the long journey on our own. We were all pioneers searching for new adventure. Some were looking for further formal education, others vocational jobs, and some towards marriage. We wonder now if our classmates are well on the way to their goal. No doubt many have encountered troubles along the way, but these did not obliterate their goal of success. Of one thing we are certain: regardless of where we are or what we are doing, we will always remember with pride the words of our motto and strive to fulfill its meaning: Forward with faith, upward with knowledge.
