THE TOWN CLOCK ERECTED IN l874 DEDICATION The Class of 1954 takes great ptide in being able to grad- uate ina year that marks a century of progress for the com- munity of Waverly. Towering above the village, the town clock serves as a symbol of time spent by the citizens of Waverly in building this community. With each passing hour, they have learned to benefit by past experience and have turned many a dream into reality. Like time, progress in our community has marched on from the organization of an admirable school system to the completion of a modern hospital. Therefore we feel it very fitting to dedicate this year's Carantouan to the citizens of the village of Waverly, who have been re spon- sible for the high standing of our community. Awww ,424-Jfm 3
