The roll included the following students, Larry Allen, Marilyn Baker, Laffy Barrett, Roy Bouse, Jerry Bowlin, Wilma Cook, Marvin Cromwell, Cliff Fischer, Monroe Foulk, Dianne Gifford, Richard Godden, Patty Hess, Jerry Isle, Stephen Johns, Shirley JOPIUSOU, Judy Kirkpatrick, Eugene Kunkel, Ronald McDonald,' Pat Martindale, George Michael, Judy Nelson, Carol Northcott, Edwin Nutt, Oscar Kistner, Lynn Perry, Norma Pyle, John Schhmld, Anthony Siebert, Stanley Snyder, Paul Turvey, Bence Williams, Jerry Williams, Joyce William- son, Brenda Yockey, Karen Yockey, and Patty Yockey. The class elected the following officers: President, George Michael, Vice-President, Paul Turveyg SE-fCI'9'CaI'Y, Brenda Yockeys Tfeasf' urer, Bence Williams, Student Council, Dianne Gifford and Ronald McDonald. Our sponsor this year was Coach Minnis. The big event for us this year was Freshman Initiation. The next year we came back as Sophomores and old hands at the business. Our class officers were: President, Jerry Isleg Vice-President, Jerry Williams, Secretary and Treas- urer, Carol Northcottg Reporter, Paul Turveyg Student Council, Judy Nelson and Bence Wil- liams. Mr. Towner was our sponsor. While losing four students we gained three. The class lost Wilma Cook, Monroe Foulk, Joyce Williamson, and Brenda Yockey, We gained Ernestine Crouch, Harry Lyon, and Fred Fowler. Serving the Junior-Senior Banquet was the high- light of our second year. As we climbed up the ladder of our high school days, we reached our exciting Junior year. We elected the following officers at our first class meeting: President, Cliff Fischer, Vice-President, Ronald McDonald, Secretary, Carol Northcottg Treasurer, Lynn Perry, Re- porter, Judy Nelsong Student Council, Marilyn Baker and George Michael. This year's sponsors were Miss Keith and Mr. Bowersox. We selected the red rose as our class flower and red and white as our class colors. Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained was chosen as our class motto. Our class roll lost Ernestine Crouch, Richard Godden, Marvin Cromwell, Bence Williams, Roy Bouse, and Larry Barrett but gained back Brenda Yockey, November 22, 1957 was the exciting night of our Junior Play. Under the supervision of our sponsors, we presented Coveralls to the public. On November 22, we received our class rings which we were all very eager to show off. On April 24, 1958, the class carried out the theme Ren- dtezgcgus of the Stars at our Junior-Senior Banquet for our honored guests, the seniors o ' . Upon reaching the fourth and final rung of our high school days we were sad but proud of our achievements throughout the last three years. We chose Bulldog Tales as the name ' . o our annual. On April 24, the class presented In Spring The Sap to the public. This proved to be an entertaining evening for all. On April 30, we were the honored guests at the Junior-Senior Banquet. The theme Song in My Heart was beautifully carried out. On May 1, twenty:-six. restless and eager Seniors boarded a chartered bus and headed for our long-awaited ' Senior Sneakt' to be spent at The Lodge of the Ozarks. An enjoyable three days were spent sight-seeing, swimming, boat riding, dancing, and having fun.
