Kubiak The Wautoma High School a cappella choir, inmaintaining its excel- lent record of past years, has developed into another well-balanced, capable group. Through an earnest and intense effort on the part of the choir an its director, Mr. Harvard Erdman, the class A calibre of this group has again been realized. In addition to several public appearances in Wautoma, the choir a- gain presented concerts in neighboring towns. The important appearance was, of course, at the music contest held April 15 at Port Edwards. The loss of members through graduation is great again this year. It is hoped that ample replacements will be found for the many members who are leaving. Graduatinggchoir members are: Gordon Schultz, Elmer Hansel, DeLorman Bartel, Dick VanVleet, Bob Fitzgerald, Arvin Bohn, Carmen Kietzer, Elaine Olson, Phyllis Wilcox, Virginia Draves, La- Vonne Thompson, Thelma Steger, Katherine Resheske, Kay Rose, and Ardyth nediin. Favorite selections of the cho1r's extensive library are: Oh Sus- anna -arranged by Noble Cain, Built On A'Rock -St Olaf Choir Series, Legende -Tschaikowskyg All The Things You Are -Kern, Ha11elujah Chorus from the Messiah , and many Fred Waring arrangements.
