German Club this year was really active. ln November many of the members had a great time at the State Convention at Osseo Fairchild High School with an overnight stay at the Alan House in Osseo. The highlight of the year is always the German Festival in spring. All the members work together to change the commons into a pleasant German Cafe The German band plays and folk dances, folk songs and skits are performed. Alle haben viel Spass! From the Senioqs planning to go on in German in College, one lucky member is chosen each year for a 3150.00 club scholarship. All members also enjoy a picnic together in spring. g Money for these activities and the scholarship is raised by the festival and by selling Advent Calendars imported from Germany.
