This fight carried on by the Pep Club was largely responsible for our fine cheering section. Although it wouldn't be possible to have a cheer- ing section without coperation, it is necessary to stimulate this spirit at the right time. To carry this out, the members put on a number of pep assemblies and planned new cheers. ,VWLU4 THEN NURS. . . SENIOR Y-TEENS JUNIOR Y-TEENS NOON HOUR Y-TEENS JUNIOR JINX Y-TEENS There is always something going on to keep high school girls busy outside of school. Y-Teens is one of these activities. The soph- omores and juniors have their meetings after school, while the seniors have meetings in the evening. Many different projects are undertaken by these clubs. The seniors had a big Valentine Dance for the Laurel Exchange Students. The juniors put on a skit to help promote Lost Lake Camp. The sophomores held a bake sale as a means of raising funds for their club. These undertakings are not only for the benefit of the Y-Teen members, but also to help others. This goal is accomplished by participating in many different service projects. SOPHOMORE Y-TEENS
