W CLUB new This year s W Club put all their effort and enthusiasm into the athletic events of the school year In addition they sponsored a dance and the professional wrestling match held in our auditorium The Club picnic at the Yellow River Forest Reserve was the talk of the school for days' Co ordinating the club s activ mes were the W Club officers Butch Gray Senior Council mem ber Dirk Winke Junior Council member Sharon Glenn Secretary Treasurer Charles Nolting, Vice President Gayle Evans Sophomore Council member and Ronnie Mauss President These W-Club members celebrated the arrival of spring by indulging in their annual end-of-the- winter bath. 78 at 4 I - f Well, at least some people had fun at the picnic.

ARROW STAFF The Arrow Staff are always looking for new and interesting layouts. The hard-working Arrow Staff deserves a big thank-you for the many hours they devoted to making the 1962 Arrow a reality. The co- operation of all the members in supervising the taking of pictures and their willingness to work long hours after school and on Saturdays planning and laying out pages have resulted in a true picture of life at Waukon Public High.
