The sports page is covered by Wayne Kirchoffer and Rod Vilmur, editorials, Tom Michalski and features, Bob Keyes. Ifs W'1'ifle11 H are MEG BOARD -STANDING: Michalski. Anderson, Ihrig, Flanders. SEATED: Miss Kline, Moore, Miller, Giese, Miss Conklin. MEGAPHONE Coke bottles, the litter of copy, and cries of Where's the dummy? depicts the natural state of affairs at Meg work sessions. There is always the taking of pictures CML Pettigrew's depart- menrj, writing copy and catchy headlines, proof- reading, identifying pictures, and aft work. Trying an offset book this year introduced us to the mys- teries of paste ups and black paper. Those haggard souls you saw coming out of the Meg office might have been the Meg board members up to Dorothy Giese, our editor. Jill Anderson, business manager, worked with Miss Conklin to map a super cam- paign for selling Megs. By the end of March, after endless hours of rewriting, headaches, and jokes, we watched with pride as the progress chart we had been ignoring was finally checked off by Miss Kline, our adviser.
