Mrs. Louise Love, center, and her assistants, Mrs. Evelyn Douville, West, and Mrs. Mildred Neg, East, plan their cafeteria schedule. The cafeteria staffs of both East and West serve 600-1200 lunches to students and teachers during the four lunch periods each day. An addition to the East Campus cafeteria this year was a new fryer. Each cafeteria uses 300-500 pounds of potatoes each day. The combined staffs of nearly 50 women are under the management of Mrs. Louise Love. The completion of the new athletic field at West Campus, the installation of new aluminum windows, and the blacktopping of the visitors' parking lot are a few of the many projects the maintenance department completed this year. The staif of 42 men and women is under the direction of Mr. W. Carter. Mr. Wm. Suhadolnik, West campus maintenance head, shows Mr. Sam Filippo, assistant principal, the control panel for the West Campus boilers. Hamburgers and french fries are in daily demand at both campuses. Mrs. Mamie Boswell and Mrs. Frances Miclzalowski are busy in the East campus cafeteria.
