Z fgriclzarci uferarz .fdclminififrafor OMING to Wiiukcgfaiii High School in 1918 in the capacity of Science in- structor and department head. Clarence E. Prichard was soon promoted to Principal, a position which he has filled creditably for almost thirty years. Before the recent organization of the present guidance and counseling system, the school principal served as the chief source of student advice. His oflice was in effect a general clearing place for individual problems of all kinds. Mr. Prichard's conf tact with the thousands of boys and girls who have been graduated from W.T.f l'l.S. during his years of service as Principal, places him in a most favorable posif tion for envisioning the future educational needs of the VV'aukeganfNorth Chi' cago community. Mr. Prichard has been appointed Superintendent to succeed Mr. jordan, whose resignation will take effect july 1, 1950. like 1 Elfgwlyfgi, it 5 35 ma. Lu , i . 1
