HE High School Board of Education consists of ten mernhers including the presif dent. They are elected hy the township clectoratc to thrcefycar terms and are eligihle for refelection. The High School Business Manager serves as Board secretary, hut is not a voting member of that hody. Retiring from the Board this year are Dr. Andrew Furlan and George Drysdale. New members elected in the April, 1950 election are Marshall McDonough and Milton J. Nantz. Memhcrs serve without monetary reniunerationg their reward is the satisfaction of helping to provide the hest possible educational program and facilities for the youth of their community. 11

ESIDES the administration, faculty, and students, there is an auxiliary group that takes care of much of the routine work that goes through the office. In this group are the office secretaries, the secretaries to the superintendent and principal, and the at' tendance and the bookroom secretaries. The activities cashier collects class dues and book bills, and takes care of other monetary duties. The school nurse and the school doctor are responsible for checking the physical health of the students. Every other year stu' dents are required to have a physical examination. Taking care of the information desk and the switch board are among the duties of the receptionist. The board oiiice bookkeeper and evening school secretary are included in this group. Managing the cafeteria and the teacher's lunch room falls to the cafeteria manager, also listed with this special group. 12
