They finished tied with Norwalk for second place in the Raccoon River Conference. After losing to fourth-rated South East Polk in the first round of the E. Wayne Cooley Tourney, the Warriorettes were able to win third place with a win over Newton. In sectional action, Waukee won the consolation and then in district play was defeated by Bayard in the first game. HONORS WON BY THE WARRIORETTES Carol Morris E.
