September 16, 1963, Mr. Lewis, the photographer for the Faculty and different Grades, was very busy as you can see. Left to Kight: David Rankin, Mr. Lewis, Katherine Stork, Shirley Weil, David Stork, Rickie Andreini, and Linda Baker. Standing, left to right: Mrs. Primmer, Charles Everman, Steve Keller, Barbara Applegate.Rebecca Baker, and Louise Peterson. These students play a very important role in the library. They devote one hour a day during their study hall. Their primary function is to tend the charging desk and help the other students check out library books. Other duties: Checking in library books; stamping and putting new magazines into their covers; putting out the daily newspaper; checking elementary library books in and out; preparing new books for circulation by stamping them, typing cards, and pocketing and posting them in the books. Left to right: Suzanne Anderson, Cheryl Ross are sketching background on the Yearbook Mats. Following this will be taking pictures and arranging them on the mats. Linda Leonard, and Juanita Forret are typing up narrative for the pictures. There are hundreds of detail jobs! The work on the Yearbook starts the first of school and ends about two weeks after school is out.
