DEDICATION ' A new building is now under construction which next year will assume the name of Wauconda High School. However, to over 1500 graduates, the building pictured above will always remain THEIR high school. In behalf of all these graduates, the senior class of 1962 hereby dedicates this annual to the old high school building: for having patiently endured the many scuffs, scrapes and scratches we have bestowed upon you; for never having cared how smart or how stupid we were; and especially for having never asked us what family we came from, what church we went to, or what we intended to make of ourselves.
