Dear Seniors, Generally speaking, there are two kinds of indi- viduals who achieve some degree of success in life. One is that rare person whose genius permits him to create what no one else has the mental faculties to conceive. Far more common, however, is that average man who is possessed of the more ordinary qualities developed to an extraordinary degree through sincere effort.
