Freshman Class At the beginning of the school year there were one hundred four freshmen wandering around the halls with a confused expression on their faces. By the time they elected their class officers they were eagerly on the road to their high school careers. As president they chose Jim McCulloughg vice-president, Joyce Harmong secretary, Judy Hoferg and treasurer, Karen Nelson. Tom Ross was elected as a student council representative during the first semester, and Peg Coney and Jim Huizenga were elected during the second semester. Becky Bahler was elected to the varsity cheerleading squad and Kathy Gagnon and Barbara Marcier were frosh-soph cheerleaders. The freshmen attendants in the Homecoming Queen,s Court Were Kathy Gagnon and Karen Nelson.
