ROTC The ROTC program at R.H. Watkins High School provides many opportunities for stu- dents to learn and practice leadership proce- dures and traits. Student cadets are given op- portunity to belong to many aspects of the OTC program through class activities, field experiences, and battalion gatherings. There are activities for both boys and girls in cadet staff and officer training, drill team corn- petition, and color guard.
