Drug Education The R.H. Watkins Drug Education Team consist of twenty students, juniors and seniors. It is on a voluntary basis. The team meets one hour out of each school day for the purpose of preparing lessons for elementary school visits. Once every six weeks, these students visit the public elementary schools in Laurel. Here, they discuss moral values and self awareness with the elementary school children. .Y y 5 .
