Media Club The Media Club is comprised of students who volunteer their free periods during the day to assist the librarians in such duties as delivering, servicing, and operating audio visual equipment, and serving library users by checking out material, assisting in research, and maintaining the library collection. , s +R 3, Jas? Y sxss 1977 Boys' and Girls' State The purpose of Boys' State is to familarize boys with the internal workings of govemment on a local, state, and federal level. Each year boys are selected by the American Legion on the basis of their leadership qualities to attend Hinds Junior College in Jackson. The week is spent in working in elected offices and athletics. Boys' State left to right-Bob Bergin, Gerald Wyatt, and Eddie Ruth.
