Pascagoula-36, Inurel-7 Laurel's record fell to l-l as the Tornadoes traveled to Pasca- goula and met Rooster Jones. Rooster scored first on a 3 yd. run with a successful PAT follow- ing. Laurel was unable to move the ball and returned it to the Pan- thers who added seven more points to their total. Laurel's only score came late in the second quarter when Tony Taylor hit Bo Myrick in the end zone. Brian Dennis' PAT made the score I4 to 7. Greg Rahaim intercepted a Panther pass but Dennis missed the 40 yd. field goal attempt. Rooster scored again in the third quarter from one yard out, but the PAT was blocked. A high snap cost the Tornadoes another two points in a safety. The fourth quarter opened with a 43 yd. TD pass and two point conversions for the Panthers.
