Boy's Track finished with a fine season The Laurel Boys' were vastly improved over last year. They finished third in the Hattiesburg Relays, which is one of the top meets in South Mississippi. They also finished third in the District-5 Track Tourna- ment. This year saw several Tornadoes performing well in their respective events. Bo Myrick excelled in the 440 dash and the high jump, while Gary Herring finished second in the mile run in each of the track meets. Theodore Thompkins finished third in the long jump in the Hattiesburg Relays and the District-5 Tournament.
