KI-YI DAY Cold noses and damp feet, the we:1ther's Ki-Yi Day presents, didn't dampen Ki-Yi spirit. Days before, clubs and classes planned and constructed Boats. On Ki-Yi Eve, crews of students painted downtown streets with slogans that depicted vio- lent death for the Brookings Bobcats. Princess Janice Frandsen and Chieftain Dick Middleton, presented in the Legend, answered the thirty-one-year-old question, Who's the Princess and Chieftain? Janice and Dick were presented in the annual Ki-Yi parade, which featured many floats, all predicting a victory for the Arrows. The Cats, however, came from behind in the third quarter and stole the homecoming victory. Chieftain and Princess were presented in the Legend. Adding spark to the parade was the senior band.
