mm The faculty threw a party for the new bride-to-be, Mrs. Flynn. Mrs. Flynn cutting the cake during the faculty's party for her. Changing Lifestyles The 1985-86 school year marked a time of changing lifestyles for two high school faculty members. Mrs. Diane Flynn, who has been our guidance counselor for three years, got married to Dave Flynn on October 26, 1985. Although most of us think of getting married as a huge change in lifestyle, Mrs. Flynn said she hasn't gone through any major changes yet. She said she’s only experienced minor ones, such as having trouble finding the car keys or the checkbook. Mr. Robert Simpson is experiencing a lifestyle change of a different nature. After fourteen and a half years at Waterloo, Mr. Simpson retired at semester break. Mr. Simpson said that he plans to get a part-time job and spend some time fishing. The students put their money together to buy Mr. Simpson a balloon-o-gram on his last day. 6 Mr. Simpson and his wife Arlene during the faculty's party for him.
