HOMECOMING Cruisin’ Down Sentimental Street Homecoming provided excitement for all. The week was filled with elaborate costumes and outrageous skits. Dress varied from toga, to punk rock, to Hawaiian. The skits dealt with such subjects as “Martian’s watching the big game , “Jeopardy , and “How to win the big game when they won’t let you play”. The Juniors were the spirit stick winners as well as the class race winners. The big homecoming game was a struggle against overwhelming odds. The players tried their best, but it wasn’t quite enough. The Homecoming Dance showed everyone in their finery, ready to dance the night away. Before the dancing began, however, King Gregg and Queen Cathy were presented to the crowd along with their royal court: Rod, Sharon, Martin, Katie, Steve, and Paula. The lights went down, and the rest is history. 10
