The FFA elected the following boys to office at their first meeting in September: Bob Kilian, President: Dave Veith. Vice President: Frank Springer, Secretarv: Ron Meitner, Treasurer: Ierry Holzhueter and Fritz Kegler, lsentinels. Mr. Mulcahy is their advisor. Members of the FFA took part in several judging contests at Waukeshei and Madison. They sent representatives to the state FFA Convention at Green Lake. Ron Meitner represented VVaterloo in the FFA Band at the State Fair last August. This summer many of the members plan to take the annual camping trip to Vilas County. -I5

A. had a very active year. At the beginning of the year the following officers were elected: President, Diane Skalitzky: Vice President, Eileen Vir- chow: Secretary-Treasurer. Ieanette Ellis. This year a committee was set up to establish a point system of determining awards, Points are given according to attendance and hours of participation. Patti Pearson was chosen to act as Secretary of this committee. Volleyball. softball, and bowling were the main sports undertaken by the G. A. A. The G. A. A. promoted the annual twirp season again this year. On Friday of that week the teachers wore jeans and the students dressed up. On Friday night the Twirp dance was held. The girls asked the boys and paid the bills. The G. A. A. also sponsored two skating parties and a picnic concluded the year's activities. -i7 i '
