NED McINTOSH Guidance Counselor The guidance and counseling program in our school attempts to assist all pupils in assessing and understanding their abilities, aptitudes, interests and daily educational problems and to provide the school staff and parents with this information. It tries to help each pupil achieve his future vocational and edu- cational goals by providing information and guidance in the areas. Through insight and patient understanding we try to help our boys and girls maintain normal personal, social and educational growth so that they may be- come useful, efficient and happy citizens. MISS HAMMAM Librarian The Waterloo High School library is gradually growing to meet the standards required by the High School Library Association. Last year we started building the literature col- lection. During this year an effort has been made to build an up to date history collection. The library has an up to date reference department with several complete sets of encyclopedias. Our library is better equiped than most school libraries that also have access to a public library. 14
