AN EFFICENT SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION PROVIDED THE KEYS TO EDUCATION EDWARD C. BARTON | Edward C. Barton, Superintendent of Waterloo- Grant Twp. School has the responsibility of keeping our school in tip-top shape. He recommends applicants for teaching vacancies, | plans the all-over budget, and helps solve administra- | tive problems. Mr. Barton also works with the School Board in the improvement and expansion of the school system. Mr. Barton received his B. S. degree from Indiana State Teachers College in 1936, and his M. S. degree from Indiana University in 1946. SUPERINTENDENT PRINCIPAL URBAN F. STECKLER Urban F. Steckler, Principal of Waterloo-Grant Twp. School, acts as an executive officer of the Superintendent. He is responsible for organizing and administering the high school program. He formulates the teachers' and students' schedules, andhandles the discipline problems affecting all high school pupils. Mr. Steckler also teaches two Spanish I classes. Mr. Steckler received his A. B. degree from Evansville College in 1949, and his M. S. degree from Indiana University in 1956.
