CLASS HISTORY Twelve years ago as first graders twenty-six of us entered Waterloo-Grant Township School. Of this group thirteen have remained to the end. In no time at all we were enter- ing junior high, end these two years were climaxed by our eighth grade graduation. At last we entered high school with Mrs. Marcelle Voss as our freshman sponsor. Our first project to start building funds for our senior trip was a skating part y. In our sophomore year Mr. Albert Berg, our class sponsor, helped us through our card sales, bake sales, and the buying of our green and white class sweaters. Our junior year was filled with work. Mr. L. C. Ford guided us very successfully through this year. There were sock hops, cookie sales, and the concession stand. This was the year we got our class rings. It was also this year that we gave one of the most successful plays presented at Waterloo Neadin' for a Weddin.'” In September of 1955 we entered school with a new dignity. This was our busiest and most enteresting year. Everything we had worked for was to come to a climax this year. Our senior year found us presenting another successful class play entitled ‘Desperate Ambrose. Mr. Robert Dove safely guided us through our paper drives and magazine sales. On graduation night we received our diplomas signifying that Waterloo school days are behind us. We will always be grateful to our parents and teachers who have helped us along the waye .
