FACES AND SOME NEW FACES Stepping into a new position where one is a complete stranger is certainly a difficult task. Our new principal, Mr. Thad Carr, was faced with this very problem when he came to Waterford last September. Because of his friendly smile and pleasing per- sonality, it hasn't taken Mr. Carr long to get ac- quainted with the people and situations at Water- ford High. MR.
