BOTTOM ROW, Lisa Rodgers, Chris Muckenhirn, v' -'W mira'--1 -xx Mike Mclntosh, Wayne Myers, Dave Denoier, Chet Muckin- This year's boys' and girls' ski teams were more success- ful than in previous years. Af- ter taking first place in the Wayne Oakland League at Pine Knob, the boys' team travelled to Mt. Holly to participate in the Detroit News Invitational Ski Tournament. Their excep- tional 'skiing netted them a third place standing. As a highlight of the '75 season, the boys' ski team and one member of the girls' ski team, Laurie Sholler, qualified for the state finals held in Marquette. ,Q -.. .w - 4 .-.4 ' hum, john Arsen and Laurie Sholler. The enthusiasm of the members of the ski team was one of the reasons for the teams successful season. The team held regularpractices at Pine Knob Ski Resort to improve their skiing abilities. Following the sea- son's end a team banquet was held. Mike Mclntosh was the cap tain of the boys' ski team while Laurie Sholler and Lisa Rogers co-captained the girls' ski team. The teams were coached by Mr. Lowell Kage and held their home meets at Pine Knob Ski Resort.
