Miss Fincher and Mr. Kromer look forward to a new and better high school to lead. The groundbreaking ceremony was special to everyone. To the students it meant there would soon be a new high school with more students to meet and better opportunity for educational growths. For the faculty it means better teaching facilities to improve and continue to provide a strong educational institution for all the students. As the new high school goes up, perhaps the community will be able to pull together and give the support any school may need to be successful. 71

Homecoming Week Was Tim Blair was everyone's hero. SUPERMAN captured the hearts of the student body, showing them his expression of spirit. Of course the initial S stood tor spirit. Ginger Chandler and Carolyn Herridge, unbelievably members of the faculty, made sure their military authority would hold the Wildcat fort down, which was bursting with spirit. Everyone has heard of the three little pigs. Or have they? Kim Wilkes, Robin Cole, and Cornell Strube rooted their way around school and were obviously bulging out with spirit. Ml
