SENIOR CLASS WILL We, the members of the Senior Class of WVHS class of 1949, being of Qsupposedlyj sound and sane mind Qii' anyj hereby will and bequeath the following items and articles to other members of our school, faculty, etcetera, namely, herein after and to wit: I, Eunice Holsenbeck, will to Bessie Dee my seat in the school bus with the request she treat it with all due respect and tenderness. I, Gene Bannister, leave to George Weddell all the shoot- em-upl' books in the library with the request that he closely observe my marginal comments. I, June Brown, will my place as editor of the Annual to Lorece Shaw and my pleasant smile to Viola Reed. I, Wanda Treadaway, leave to Julia Faye Biggs my smile and happy disposition with the suggestion she use it frequently. I, Percy Turner, will to Thomas Briggs all my left-over A's and the hope that he can find some use for them. I, Betty Bhillips, will to Dixie Ritter my ability to talk loud enough to be heard and to Dixie and Pat Plevan six inches of my stature, to be divided equally between them. I, Georgia Smith, will to Viola Reed my seat in the English room and all my superior knowledge in that and other subjects. I, Maxine Abbott, will to Bessie Mae Shaw all my left- over paper wads and chewing gum cuds left on the under side of the desks. I, Len Ainsworth, will to Jay Spears my prowess as an athlete and my place as number one hearthrob on the campus. I, S. L. Tate, will to Malva Brown my place as teach- ers' pet, my seat at the lunchroom, and my collection of used milk straws and tooth picks. I, Dorothy Earnest, will my flirtatious nature and all boy friends left behind to Shirley Snider. As a class, we will to Mr. Mathis our class notes in Civics, Economics, Commercial Law, etc., knowing they will be of untold value to his future efforts as a teacher of the same. We leave to Mr. Stoetzel our thanks for being such a help- ful and cooperative superintendent. We leave to the Junior class as a whole our dignity and superior bearing , as well as all forgotten love notes and note book corners.
