Graduation is an event which brings with it a mixture of emotions. To each member of the 1972 graduating class, we hope we have represented your senior year in a satisfactory way. To all future se- niors, we hope you realize the full extent of the seriousness of education. Yet we hope to have shown you that in the midst of commonplace occurrences, many joyous happenings erupt. We have attempted to portray the essence of a year at Watauga High School. Our thanks go to the student body for their participation; to our staff for their work; and, especially, to our adviser, who has helped us more than he will ever know. In vears to come, we hope the 1972 MUSKET will evoke many pleasant memories of a year spent at Watauga High School. 1971-72 MUSKET STAFF . Donna Clawson and Ardease Critcher .
