IHHN Ul MlN From the Dean of Mt-n's ofhce emanates a mass of advice. orders. and general bulletins related to the conduct of various campus organizations. For the Dean is responsible for such things as social dates for fraternities. rules for participation in campus activities. the regular personnel problems of the student body. and such particular things as announcements to be posted on calnpus buildings and arranging the dates for major school events. The dean is chairman ofthe Board of Student Finance. a job which intimately acquaints him with the activi- ties of most ofthe organizations with whom he lllllst deal. Thus at all times the Dean's office is the center for those who are in positions of responsibility on tl1e campus.
