'llhe education ring has improved its act greatly during the past year with the addition of intelligence and achievement tests and much remedial work. Activities, always a favorite with performers and audience at VV.U.H.S., have again heen revived to the old pre-war standards. Action plus thrills appeared in the sports ring. The members serve without pay. G. 'l'ox1 Rlilivlis is president of the board. He is division credit manager for Shell Oil Company. Mr. Reeves has been a member of the Board of Trustees since, hlarch, 1943. Henry Lichti, clerk of the board. is finishing his first year of membership. Nlr. Lichti is a farmer. Ural L. lllitchell, also a farmer, is completing his fourth year in the service of the school. Eckhart 'lihompson, attorney and former president of the board. is a graduate of l'Vashington Union High School. The fifth member. A. U. Thomsen, has served on the Board of Trustees six years. Mr. 'l'homsen is treasurer of Bonner Packing Company.
