Our team was impressive in nearly every contest it participated in this year, and the excellent scores of our players prove it. To top off their already excellent records, Lang Marks won the iavelin in W.P.I.A.L. competition, and Don Shockey won in the 880-yard run. This is certainly quite an honor and the team was very fortunate to have had these and all the others boys on the team to make this a highly successful season.

WRESTLING TEAM TAKES BRAWN Only in its first year in interscholastic participation, the wrestling team did surprisingly well. Since there are few schools our size which have wrestling teams, our team engaged in contests with schools much larger. As a result, the boys got much-needed experience and certainly made a good impression. Coached by Mr. Kinkead, with assistance from Mr. Richey, the boys' techniques and skills were developed to a full degree, keeping in mind that sportsmanship is the main purpose in any athletic contest. The team is looking forward to an even better season next year, and we're sure it will be very successful. First Row, Left to Right: V. Berardinelli, T. Guenthur, D. Woods, H. Hilty, C. lantz, R. Maioli. Second Row: A. Strouse, G. Frye, T. Geiger, D. Casner, L. Moran. Third Row: B. Love, A. Ritzman, W. Marshall, Mr. Kinkead, Mr. Richey.
