The Key Club is an organization of young men affiliated with the Vandergrift Kiwanis Club. Its membership is composed of boys who are in the Senior high school. Candidates for membership must be voted for and accepted by the entire group in order to assure quality and limit quantity. Mem- bers of the Key Club attend bi-weekly meetings of the Kiwanis club in Vandergrift. The Key Club sponsored a dance called the Key Club Caper and sold pens in school colors with football scores printed on them in order to acquire money for such projects as sending baskets of food to needy families during the Easter season.
