ASCA Sponsors Harvest Ball Students in the field of agriculture belong to the Associated Students of the College of Agriculture. Coordinating departmental clubs and honoraries and serving as a communication bridge between Ag students was the main purpose of the organization. Led by Pete Weidenbach, President, and Dr. Martin Waananen, Advisor, the group oversaw the Harvest Ball, award for Aggie of the Year, and scholarship. Forestry Problems Studied A chance to branch out in forestry is offered by Xi Sigma Pi, forestry honorary. Forestry problems are presented and discussed to stimulate better education of students. Ag Econ Aids in Harvest Ball Ticket Sales Sleeping in a hall in Bozeman, Montana, giving a fall barbeque, and a public speaking contest hardly seem to fall under the ac¬ tivities of an Agricultural Eco¬ nomics Club.
