This group meets approximately once a month to perform such duties as the adoption of a building operation, the enactment of regulations and the disposi- tion of money. Rosellini is indirectly responsible for the large number of new buildings seen sprout- ing up all over campus. The Governor attended this yearis Homecoming game, adding to the half-time festivities by crowning the Home- coming Queen Barbara Heppenstall. Born in Tacoma, the Governor attended both the Univer- sity of Puget Sound and the University of Wash- ington. 1 ,, ,W . The problems of many students, staff members and friends of the institution are likely to flow across the always busy desk of President French. Yet his door is always open. On campus and off, he has spread good will for our university. His handxis always extended in friendship. Unselfish services, complete understanding and counseling and Dr. French's continued efforts towards the betterment of Washington State University have become deep- rooted in the lives of his friends. S' W '2 if Dr. French is an intent spectator as the Cougars battle it out on Bailey Field.
