Alumni Association Alumni all over the United States are being consolidated into a strong organization, with chapters in New York, Washington, D.C., California, Oregon, and Washington. The active membership has soared from 2500 to 5000 strong in the short span ot two years. Coach Forrest Evashevski was introduced to alumni in the spring at highly successful 60th anniversary banquets. Meetings are sponsored annually by the association for the pur- pose ot organizing and introducing alumni and to pro- mote the activities and interests of the college. Kenyon T. Bement First vice-president of alumni association, graduated in 1934. Oscar Stub Jones Alumni executive director, graduated in 1931. Albert L. Ayars President of the alumni asso- ciation, graduated in 1939. Dorothy Lois Smith Second vice-president of alumni association, graduated in 1934.

Helping students obtain part-time work and graduates to secure permanent positions is the duty ot the placement bureau. The student counselling center helps students to adiust to college lite.
