Has been a faithful, sober and conscientious student. Wfas College Electrician in ,O2. Thesis: Secondary Storage Batteries. 23 ALVA ARTHUR HAMMER. Known as one of the famous W. S. C. convicts. Made the track team in ,O2. He runs the 100 and 220-yard dashes, and has tied the College recordiin' the high hurdles.
