McCollum, Latin and English teacher, whose concern for her pup- ils extends beyond the classroom into their everyday lives. Mrs. McCollum 's dedication to her children and to her profession is well-known. She has the skill to make Latin, the so-called dead language, live for her students, and can even make English grammar interesting. Mrs. McCollum has been an inspiration to her students, who have the highest admiration and love for her. The SABRE staff is proud to dedicate this edition of our annual to this brilliant teacher and warm, compassionate human being. Mrs. Thyrza B. McCollum . if 'N' V , K ' ti?
