An Glympic Pressbox or many years, it has been a tradi- tion that the senior class paints the pressbox. This year was no excep- tion. Although the seniors had been advised to leave the pressbox alone because the old paint iob couldn't be improved on , they did not let this deter them. Quite a few people came out to work on painting, and when the work was finally finished, many people commented that it was a lot better than the year be- fore. Since there is also a tradition that stu- dents from Yorktown come and vandal- ize the pressbox before W-L plays against Yorktown in football, many of the dedi- cated painters spent the two nights be- fore the game at the pressbox, guarding X ,Z-' it from potential vandals. Although one tent was knocked over, no real damage was done.
