v Mr. Boyd I. Webb, Assistant Principal Keeping W-L's high scholastic standing requires the leadership demonstrated by Principal O. U. Johansen. As the chief executive he has the titanic task of over- seeing all school activities. Wear a mini-skirt? Mrs. Doris Matthews, Dean of Girls, answered this by presenting an assembly mock- ing the Wild extremes of school dress. A 3 inch above the knee limit was placed on all mini-skirts. She is also responsible for coordinating all student activities and dates for their activities. All these happenings and many more are compiled on the calendar outside her office. Disciplinarian of boys, Mr. Boyd Webb, controls school traffic and parking. He organizes the ten bus routes and their schedules as Well as supervises the custodial staff. Assistant Principal Richard Blocker insures a program of studies of the highest quality. The Guidance De- partment is one of the finest in the area due to Mr. Thomas Haynie, Director of Guidance.
