Open to all students of the foreign language program, the movies offered an opportunity to improve comprehension ability. Teachers chose a variety of films for the program, including such selections as Lettres de Mon Moulin. To further aid the progress in pronunciation of wouldfbe linguists, the first and second year courses used textbooks accompanied by tapes. With the increase in oral work required by these texts, WfLites found numerous occasions to use the modern ear' phones and master tape recording system installed in the laboratory this year. f.-si .s rs .. 1. 1' vvtoi c 10s . m.
