NINTH GRADE HI-Y CLUB EIGHTH GRADE HI-Y CLUB JA! The purpose of Hi-Y Clubs is to create, maintain, and extend throughout the school and community high standards of Christian character, and to develp and maintain clean speech, clean sports, clean scholar- ship, and clean living among its members. These groups presented the Christmas program for the student body, sponsored a dance,and has hadaproject ofkeeping the school grounds clean from papers each week. Officers of the Ninth Grade club were President, Bill Cain, Vice President, Ron Rankin, Secretary, Stan- ley Rickard, Treasurer, Dave Whitmillg Chaplain, Oren Deacon. Sponsors were Mr. Boy and Mr. Clark. Eighth Grade officers were: President, Gay Millspaughg Vice President, Bob I-Iuddlesrong Secretary, David Hart, Treasurer, Douglas Enckg Chaplain, Larry Vrooman. Mr. Long was adviser.
