And we were not to be disappointed. For with the coming ot' the l'ollowing spring we heaved a sigh ot' reliet' realizing we had gained the halt' way mark. We entered our Junior year with a new outlook on life and the worst looking Junior hats in the history ol' the school. But quite a number were saved from this embarrassing situation by the ever ready faculty ax. The remaining few continued to copy their work and accumulate unexcused cuts. Our Prom was quite an ai't'air, those who remember it, will 11ever forget it. A calnpaign under the guiding hand ol' our President resulted i11 an entirely new change ot' environment t'or our Senior year, a vast im- provement but not in the least too good for the class of '27, And thuse- wending our way along that straight and narrow path, past road houses and pit falls we emerged victorious in our first major quest for educa- tion. And as all things must end, this ended our four years' vacation spent in old Wash-Jell'. Gladly, but sadly, we say farewell, for-- To he or not to he that is the questionf' EARL R.
