He comes to us from a similar position at Leroy, New York. Dr. Gaffney received his B. A. degree from Hobart College, his M. A. in his- tory from the University of Rochester and his Doctorate in Education from the University of Buffalo. During the war he served as an ollicer in the U. S. N. R., working on anti-submarine warfare.
